Hi

I have applied for surname and address change in my passport two and half months back (on 02 Nov 2010).
Havent received it yet.
even police verification also is not done.
Status in net shows that police verification is pending. but the police says file has not been received.
Applied for PPF also 2 weeks back.
Kindly suggest how to track and proceed to get my passport at the earliest!
