    Complaint:
    Within a month of taking above connection device stopped working. We contacted reliance office in vashi. Vashi people did not have any clue about problem & after making a scene out of myself & vashi staff of reliance & got replacement after a week.

    For next 3/4 months services were proper & bills were paid regularly. During Feb’10 services were disconnected without any reason or information. I contacted their call centre & they did not have a clue about the same. Even though services were not available after Feb’10 bills were paid. However, on follow up calls made after April’10 I had mentioned on numerous occasion that services are not proper & same should be rectified. I also made reliance service people understand that since I am not available in person my connection should be discontinued. But there was no action on that.

    Please suggest course of action
