I got a plot at Bhiwadi booked with MTech by making the payment of INR 2 Lac through cheque number 035789 dated
21st July 2006. This was acknowledged by them by giving receipt number P 522 dated 3rd Aug 2006.

However they are not able to meet their promise and have not progressed on their project till date. Due to
which I decided to withdraw my money and for that I filed the refund application with them on 7th July 2010.
This was application was duly filed with all the supporting documents and was duly acknowledged by one of
their team members.
I requested them to refund my application money with interest which I would have earned otherwise.

Since then, I have been following up with them on regular basis by dialing in to the concerned person "Arvind
Agarwal", but everytime I get to hear that they do not have funds in hand and will take time to refund the
money.
My attempt to try and call Mr. Amit Jha (One of the dirctor) has also gone futile as he never ever bother to
pick the phone.

I am surprised about how the company like MTech can afford to behave like this with people who have put
in their hard earned money in their project. I want to utilise this money to pay the fees for admission of my
child at Nursary class which is due very soon.

Now I request the concerned authority to interfere and have my money refunded with appropriate interest
amount.
