Sub : Complaint against ARAMEX courier services

Sir,

I had ordered one product from BAG IT TODAY iin 18dec2010 and they had send it through ARAMEX courier services in Jan-2011 but today is 24th jan 2011 and ARAMEX company is unable to tell where the courier after reaching at PUNE office. I am continuously following up with them from 19th jan 11 and they are saying it'll be delivered today . Now i am feeling helpless..

ARAMEX Shipment no - 6209206080, pickup date 13-jan-2011.

You are the last hope of mine. Kindly tell me , what can i do against them and help
me out at your level. I will be thankful to you.
