Dear Sir

I had a credit card issued by hdfc bank for which i have done a payment of 22,500 rs. a year back as a settlement amount to Mr. Deepak Rathore (Mobile No. 9327009792) at HDFC credit card collection department Ahmedabad.

Last weak on 12/01/2011 i got a call from HDFC bank for demanding 26,000 rs. from me. I thought their must be some confusion and on the same day i went to HDFC bank credit card collection dept. Ahmedabad to clarify the issue with Mr. Rajeev Mishra. After a long discussion and mental pressure made on me i have issued four cheques of amount 6,500 rs. of dated : 22/01/2011, 22/02/2011, 22/03/2011, 22/04/2011 and handover to Mr. Rajeev and ask him for the statement from HDFC Bank for the payment which i have done 1 year back of 22,500 rs. He agreed me to provide the same in a day or two.

After regular follow ups with Mr. Rajeev for a week he could not be able to provide me the statement. Therefore i have cancelled all given cheques to Mr. Rajeev Mishra. as i have to first clarify what all charges the bank had applied and for what reason bank is demanding money from me instead of clearing all dues.
