    Default Tata Indicom Internet service

    Hi,

    I was using Tata Photon Plus initally, I asked them for a plan of 600 rupees monthly, they gave Tata whiz after taking my Tata Photon Plus device ( Tata Whiz device is much cheaper than Tata Photon plus device).

    When they gave Tata whiz, it was activated in someother name instead of my name and mobile number.
    Because of this I had connection problem for more than a month. Finally they found the issue that it was in someother name.

    I asked them to disconnect saying that I dont want their connection any more.
    They told to pay the amount Rs.948, which was not in my name.
    Now they have sent some warning letter through their law firm.

    I have mail proof for my complaint.

    Can you help on this? the last date they given is 31/01/2011.
