Dear Sir,
We have purchased LG Plasa 42” LCD TV from Surya Electronics, Chinchwad in August 2010. We are facing problems in the LG Plasa 42” LCD TV. We have filed a complaint as referred above. But even after several reminders your engineers did not come to solve the problem. :
Please note that after several trials, the problem is still not resoved
1. Display Card problem. Your Engineer came on 26.11.2010 to solve the problem.
2. 2nd time your Engineer came with the card, but it did not work.
3. 3rd time he came on 10.01.11 with a worng card.
