To Consumer Support:

I am writing to you as a last resort. I am so frustrated and upset from having been defrauded by an EBay seller called "indiacardsgallery" and have had no help from EBay India in either getting a refund OR simply having my purchases delivered as I had paid for.

1) On Dec 21, 2010 I purchased FIVE hampers of chocolate for more than $100 from a seller called "indiacardsgallery" - you can see this in my buying history. It is item ID 170580491718.
2) The seller did not deliver as promised
3) Seller asked on Dec 31 for a clarification of the address in Pune that the gifts were to be delivered to and I **immediately** sent this clarification
4) Seller promised that by JAN 7 all 5 hampers of chocolate would be delivered
5) On Jan 8, when the gifts did not arrive as promised, I op0ened up a refund request with PaisaPay
6) On MONDAY Jan 10, the gift recipient received ONE HAMPER OF CHOCOLATE - not five as I had paid for - and this is even documented in the seller's own notes (the cust support person last night told me this)
7) The person I sent the five hampers of chocolate to even had to PAY for the tax on the delivery despite that I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR ALL DELIVERY CHARGES
8) Every day I call India from California to check if the gifts have arrived but to my dismay, the other four hampers HAVE NOT ARRIVED
9) I have written MANY TIMES ALREADY to the seller asking them to simply SEND THE OTHER FOUR BOXES but have not received a single reply. All my messages have been ignored.
10) ALL I WANT IS EITHER THE REFUND FOR THE FOUR BOXES OR FOR THE BOXES TO FINALLY BE DELIVERED - as I had paid for on Dec 21, 2010.
11) A case was opened in EBay Court and NOTHING has happened. I check a few times a day and I don’t understand how EBay India does not simply have the seller either REFUND ME or demand that the seller DELIVER what I ALREADY PAID FOR A MONTH AGO. I need EBay to understand that this seller STOLE MY MONEY. Why can’t EBay India just make good on its guarantee and HELP ME? Writing to Consumer Court now is my last resort.
