    Default complaint against bajaj company for providing poor quality service and customer care

    I had purchased my bike XCD 125 (Registration No. DL 6S AB 2205) on 26/10/2007 from Bajaj's authorised dealer Bagga links services ltd., Karol bagh, New delhi. I have regularly followed the free and paid services schedule as per given in Informatin brochure provided by the company. (All the Free and Paid services done from authorised service center deewan bajaj okhla, new delhi ) For almost one year there was as such no problem with the bike but after that sound of the silencer got louder and thicker. During the service i had told this to service personals but they didnt took it seriously and at the end of almost the second year the sound of silencer got much much louder and noticable. I told this to the service manager at Deewan bajaj and he told me informally that this is just not only the problem with your XCD bike but almost all the XCD 125 suffer with this silencer problem. He also said that nothing could be done for this from service centre. I was worried as only after two years this was the condition of the silencer of the bike. I also have experience of riding Hero honda CD dawn in my home town and beleive me from last seven years there is not even a single problem of this kind. After this incident (around 2 months later) i showed it to local mechanic who done some kind of welding and the problem got fixed for around 6 months or so. Now i am again havong the same problem of louder noise of silencer from past few months. The service dealer and the local mechanic are saying now that the only solution is to purchase new silencer. I am fed up with the whole set of incidents that even after following comapany's directives i am facing this problem. I cant believe that such a big reputed company like bajaj offer these kind of products to the customer. I am sure that company knows this technical snag of the bike. Therefore company should replace the silencer with out any cost. I am a middle class person having limited income so such a big expense with out my fault does not seem to be justified to me. Please give me the solution of the problem otherwise i pledge that neither i will take any bajaj bike in future nor i would allow to take my near and dear ones. This is the voice of a customer and i am sure that company will not let me down.


    after writing this mail to bajaj customer care they replied almost after 15 days with almost no resolution

    This refers to your mail regarding problem faced by you in Silencer of your bike . We have gone through contents of mail and we have got report from our dealer M/S DEWAN AUTOMOBILES .



    Please note that warranty is applicable for 2 years or 30000 Km run which ever occurs earlier . Also



    1) Your vehicle is more than 3 year old , which is much out of warranty limits .

    2) You have already got welding job done on Silencer ( Outside repair on component done by you ) .



    Under such circumstances we are unable to accept your request to consider replacement under warranty and all the job done will be on paid basis . However we are advising our dealer M/S DEWAN AUTOMOBILES to offer you some discount on parts and labour charges . Please approach them.

    kindly help me with the solution because i am feeling cheated as a customer

    I had purchased my bike 220cc(Registration No. HR 51 AK 2597) on 28.10.2010 from Bajaj's authorised dealer Bagga pro biking.harayana. I have regularly followed the free and paid services schedule as per given in Informatin brochure provided by the company. (All my Free are being Paid, services done from authorised service center bajaj harayana) For almost 1 months of my bike there was no problem with the bike but after that sound of the bike got disturbed and alot of rust . During the service i had told this to service personals but they didnt took it seriously and at the end of 4month no one got bak 2 me i ve being runing 2 ur company and there is no responce they were rude with me and i ve bought 5 bikes from th past 5 years and i am nt happy with your company i ve spoken u mr khan but he was very rude and abuse me 2. I told this to the service manager at bajaj and they told me that this is just not only the problem with your 220cc bike but almost all the 220cc suffer with this rust and noise. He also said that nothing could be done for this from service centre. I was worried as only after 5 months this was the condition of the bike.     Dt. 28.5.2011, I purchased bike pulsar 180cc from Swadeshi Automobiles, Rampura, Zakhira, New Delhi, veh no: DL 10 SC 0494 from the first date when I purchased bike hardly 3hours after purchase the petrol leaking from the bike, I reached the Swadeshi Automobiles they did not know the problem they immediately changed the bike, now after 3 months the front Rim of Bike broked battary also leaked, I requested to please change my bike and give me new bike my mobile no is 9811982907 VARUN TALWAR B-5/54, SECTOR-7, ROHINI DELHI-85

    Dear sir
    Ihave purchased bajaj bike pulsar150,since begining I have the experienced problem of handle. Wobbling which not resolved till date.I have contacted no. Of person of company and visits many times. In BHAKRA BAJAJ ROPAR(PB),but my problem is still not being resolved.today am also visit. Bhakra bajaj and the problem remains same,now I am at a point where am not able to use thid bike my bike has completed 3800kmstill date.I have noy received proper supported from bajaj. Service team in resolving.the issue
