Once I got a cal from kotak life insurance executive named Rohan (8885571082). As per the details provided by him I applied for a Money back policy and drafted a cheque of Rs.4000 which amounts to two months' premium towards the opted policy. The call was from the Hyderabad branch. Successively I received calls from a verification team, followed by many others. I didn't need the policy as I hold many of the LIC policies. But as I was in search of a credit card, Rohan promised me to process my credit card approval from the backend by the concerned teams of Kotak. Neither I received insurance bond nor the credit card process calls from Kotak. but I have got a message from kotak saying that my application has been processed towards a policy number 2204019.

I don't wish to continue with this policy because I am deceived by a fraud. Please help me to proceed to further levels by punishing the culprit.
