My message pack of 1 paisa renewal date is 22nd of every month and by past 11 to 12 months its auto renewing every month and also they are sending me pre-confirmation that if i have balance more than 30rs then it will automatically take place.

But on 20-jan-2011 they charged me 50 paisa pe sms for 29 sms when i called to customer care they registered my complaint and given 145416086 complaint no. but i did not received my balance .

IN November they also charged me 50 rs for voice chat and movie masala that is not being requested by me to activated but they did activated and charged me.
when i called to customer care they told me last month we have reverted u 30 rs for wrongly charge so for next 3 month we r not going to revert your money if it is wrongly charged..

i want my balance back to my account....

mere paas reliance ka sim hai aur mai 3 month se costmer care Net ki setting pane ke liye try kar raha hu par har bar network busy batata hai aur lag bhj jata hai to kam se kam 10 se 15 minut me mera call recive kiya jata Hai aur apni proborm batane par kaha jata hai ki aap apne mobile ka imei no bataye aur batane ke baad kaha jata hai ki apke mobile par setting bhej di gai hai par wo mere paas pahuch hi nahi raha Hai,mane kai bar apni sikayat darj karai aur har bar yahi kaha jata hai par meri proborm ka nidaan nahi ho pa raha hai..
aur humare TOWN me sabhi ka network hai jaise
AirTel,idea,bsnl.vodafone.par Reliance ka nahi hai
plz..is samsaya ka nidan kare..
