Hi Jitendra,I want to share with you my very bad experience with Reliance Broadband Netconnect.
Just a name world no. one service provider but please once read my story and tell me how you are world no 1 ?
I am facing issue form last 8 Jan to till date but still my issue is not resolved.
Issue type
8 Jan: evening time I tried to connect my data card but it was not showing any thing
I call to customer care they take ur technical team help suggest me to visit the service center
9 Jan: I take the service center address form customer care address was
“Universal Solution Narayan Peth Kelkar road Pune“ but that address was wrong
Again I called them but not got the correct address form your side then I got reliance web world and get the updated
Address
SS Enterprise, B1 Aranyeshwar Part Apartment, Shop NO 3,
Sahakar Nagar, Parvati Pune 020 24230067
I called him after one week he told me come and get your data card it’s ready
15 Jan: He give a data card and he told me go to reliance web world and activate there
I check with kuthrud pune reliance web world they told this card RSN number is already using.
Again I visited service center he told I will check and let you know he take my cell numbers
He never called me I called him again.. he give me 18 jan
18 Jan: Again he give me a another card and same process and same result form rim web world they told me same issue RSN number are already using again I visit service center he take my card and give me a date 22 Jan
22 Jan : Again same process and now data card my card at service center
In between that time I had lot’s of time called at reliance customer care, chat with customer care, talking with reliance web world but no body can help me they just wasting my time.
Reliance Web World Paud road kuthrud Pune
Manager told me we are not responsible for this problem we can’t able to do any thing and his suggestion was terminate your connection.
there is no any solution ?
I have also complaint aginest the services center complaint Number : 145531706
