Service center bad experience with Reliance Broadband

    Question Service center bad experience with Reliance Broadband

    I want to share with you my very bad experience with Reliance Broadband Netconnect.
    Just a name world no. one service provider but please once read my story and tell me how you are world no 1 ?

    I am facing issue form last 8 Jan to till date but still my issue is not resolved.

    Issue type
    8 Jan: evening time I tried to connect my data card but it was not showing any thing
    I call to customer care they take ur technical team help suggest me to visit the service center
    9 Jan: I take the service center address form customer care address was
    “Universal Solution Narayan Peth Kelkar road Pune“ but that address was wrong
    Again I called them but not got the correct address form your side then I got reliance web world and get the updated

    I called him after one week he told me come and get your data card it’s ready

    15 Jan: He give a data card and he told me go to reliance web world and activate there
    I check with kuthrud pune reliance web world they told this card RSN number is already using.
    Again I visited service center he told I will check and let you know he take my cell numbers
    He never called me I called him again.. he give me 18 jan

    18 Jan: Again he give me a another card and same process and same result form rim web world they told me same issue RSN number are already using again I visit service center he take my card and give me a date 22 Jan

    22 Jan : Again same process and now data card my card at service center
    In between that time I had lot’s of time called at reliance customer care, chat with customer care, talking with reliance web world but no body can help me they just wasting my time.

    Manager told me we are not responsible for this problem we can’t able to do any thing and his suggestion was terminate your connection.

    there is no any solution ?
    I have also complaint aginest the services center complaint Number : 145531706

    Reliance Broadband: fake Services

    After this issue I am feeling no body is responsible person in reliance broadband.
    8 Jan: I got the signal problem into my card after all the testing I talk with reliance customer care they told me to go service center and 9 Jan I submitted my card to service center but still I am not got my data cart.
    And now when I am calling or sending email what is the
    Now what is Status

    Customer Care Call Center:
    When I am calling to call center, email, chat with them they told me
    We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused to you
    We are looking into
    Tomorrow your problem will fix sure
    We can’t able to fix this form here
    We are not responsible for this
    Talk with my senior person regarding this
    Please hold on line
    We are already register your complain but no action yet

    What is I am telling you if you are can’t able do any thing then why are you wasting our time?
    And if you are not responsible for this then why are you seating there. What is the meaning of Customer Care?
    Reliance broadband doesn’t have any documents for maintaining the user complains.
    My suggestion: if don’t have and solution then Please shout down your company.

    Service Center:
    When I am calling to service center then he told me
    Sir reliance is sending me fake data card (already in use data card) not blank RSN number card so what I do And this happed 4 to 5 times. And service center are not responsible for this please ask to reliance broadband company.

    My suggestion: if service center is not able to give services then tell him for close his shop.

    Reliance Web world
    When I visit the reliance web world there is a manager he told me
    Sir my personal suggestion is terminating your services.
    I asked him I have paid my all the bills time to time and already paid for this data card also
    Then how I will terminate the services and throw this card into dustbin.
    We can’t able to do any this form here and we are not responsible for this
    I am given you my personal suggestion only.

    I share with my some of friends they told email to Pune branch nodal officer Pretty chabria
    I email her two times but not yet any reply

    Before buying reliance broadband please make sure that there are no services
    One year warranty that was a fake promise form reliance broadband.
    My suggestion is Please don’t buy reliance broadband if you purchase then you will get the mentally harassment and trouble noting service.

    Angry Very BAD Service by Reliance

    Hi
    This is sam from pune city.
    I was tried to make call in call center from last 5 dayz..but in day times it is not possible because very long holding.
    finally i called on 13 april 2011 around 01:00 AM (late night).
    The Customer Care Execute pickup the call. His name is ALI KHAN and starting probing same in information 2 or 3 times might be he is sleeping at that time.
    i want to information about hello tune or caller tune to set on my num.
    He did not get spelling of song around 8 to 9 times i spell the word. Finally he get the song and tell about the charges i was just simply ask to charges and confermantion He is irrated and using abusing word.
    He abuse 3 times. The call is activate around 13 min. call was finish @ 01:24 Am

    What kind of service you peoples provided.
    i want answer about this misbehaviour.

    Default complaint regarding reliance broadband+ modem

    sir i have problem about my Reliance Broadband+ my data card number is 9396465387 on 14th i have recharged with 1000/- for 10GB. my problem is though full signal is there but my modem is not connecting with broadband+ instead it is connecting through 1x speed. if i try to keep in brdbnd+ signal is lost. i have bought this in cuddapah, andhra pradesh i already gave complaint in reliance web world but they are not responding to my problem. later i called to care they suggested to change the modem. please rectify my problem.and please keep hold on the data because im not using the modem.my cntct nmbr: +918885338039
