Dear Mr Singh,I was holding one Credit card no.5XXXXXXXXXXX3963 way back 3-4 years back.
and regularly paying due amt. and sometime pay back extra for my account
later the HDFC stop sending the bill to my address due to which i was not able to pay on time but
even then i pay to the executive cash whenever the bank asked for over due.
i made several complaint that time too to pls send me the bill regularly but no response by HDFC.
later due to frustration and bank negligent behavior i tried to settle my card.
(My total credit = 25000 for which i had already paid Paid= 32000) and were then been asked to pay more bcos they didnt account this money and keep putting interest and at the time of settlement i was told for a credit amt of 36000 approx. even then i tried to settle.
and on phone talk it has been decided by bank to settle for outstanding amount of Rs.5000
for which i agreed to pay.
as a matter of fact they were also holding several time my HDFC saving bank account no.-0891050118675
for which i was facing severe problem in operating as this account was my prime operating account
and on repeated request they didnt unhold my account and the last amount balance was around Rs.2800
at the time of settlement talk.
In lieu of Rs.5000 settlement amount, i had payed Rs3000 cash for which i still carried receipt
and for remaining i said to debit it from my saving account and if not, i will pay 2000 cash once my account will get unhold
or if that amount has not been debited from my balance.
and i was assured for been giving NOC after all clearance within 7days
during all this last talk for settlemnt i was been contacted by Mr. Abhishek, ansal classic tower, rajouri garden, new delhi
time was around may-june 2009
but after that no body contacted and my saving account remain hold and due to which i had to transfer all my transaction to other account.
and several check been bounced and my linked payouts got suffered.
now when i opened a new salary account i have been contacted after 2years that sir you had outstanding amount towards mine above mentioned credit card and hold my whole salary as soon as it been deposited in new account without even given any intimation or notice.
and now i am in serious trouble as my whole month is ahead and no money for bill paying and monthly expenditure.
i am really facing problem and been getting torchered by bank.
i have even ask the bank to pls resolve this issue and look into this matter. but they are not contacting me
and when i make repetitive calls they say sir all the money will be debited after 15 days.
so the bank is actually passing these days so that they can took all my salary. and now i dont know how much interest they may have compounded and keep on compounding.
pls it is my humble request to kindly look into this matter seriously and suggest and take action against this dadagiri of HDFC bank.
so that they unhold my saving accounts, and let me save my hard earned salary, otherwise it will really create panic in my life and create very bad image among us of the HDFC bank.
and stop us to rely and seek any services in future from the bank at least for me.
