I took admission in FIITJEE (Bhopal Centre) in May 2010. They actually made me sign a form which said - 'I agree that the fees will not be refunded to the student UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES'.

I soon discovered that the coaching institute is lousy. The teachers are pathetic. The study material good at layout but extremely lousy at explaining the concepts. FIITJEE took all the fees of the 2-year program (which is somewhere around 1.5 lakhs) in the first few months itself, in the form of 3 Post-Dated cheques.
All the three post-dated cheques were dated in a way that the institute gets all the fees in the first 3-4 months of joining (the 3 dates were somewhere around 28 April, 30 May and 28 July for the 3 cheques, respectively)
Now, in January, when I decided to leave FIITJEE and asked them to refund half of my fees, they refused to do so, and showed me that fucking form which I had signed during my admission.

All citizens in India have a RIGHT TO CHOICE, don't they. We should be able to take admission to and leave any coaching institute if we want to do. FIITJEE's policy of taking all the fees of a 2-year course in the first few months, and then not refunding it, is morally wrong. They shouldn't do that, thats our money, and we have the right to spent it where we want. They have eaten up my Rs. 75000, thats a big amount -- I would be upset if they ate anywhere between even 5-10 thousand, but 75 thousand?

Something has to be done about it. Can anyone tell me how can I get half of my fees back?

Imp. Point --> They made me and my dad sign on a form which said "I agree that FIITJEE will NOT REFUND to fee, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES", We were impressed by the excellent results FIITJEE posted all over India, so we gladly signed the form--They should have told us that the Bhopal centre is a lousy, crappy, piece of fucking bullshit.
