My name is V. KRISHNASWAMY. I am a consumer of Bharat gas. My consumer number is 55963. My gas dealer is RADHA GAS SERVICE, THADAGAM ROAD, COIMBATORE - 641002.

Of late there has been inordinate delay in supplying gas refills by the above dealer. We booked gas on December 30, 2010. It has been 22 days since we booked the gas and we are yet to receive the gas refill. This has been going on every festive seasons. This is not only the case with us, but almost all the consumer of the above agency. Please can anyone look into this matter.
