my name is pratima n my mobile no. is 09555042395..its a delhi reliance prepaid no. well my complaint is about wrong deduction of balance from my account.i hv been using rs.56 sms pack for more than 7 months.i knw very well that this service gets auto-renewed evry month...evry month i used to go to the vendor to get it e-recharged so that it does not get auto-renewed n any unnecessary amouth shud b deducted frm my balance.....this is the first time i m facing this problem that my sms pack was nearing to its end on 1st or 2nd jan..so i got it e-recharged from my vendor on 31st dec...for 5 dayz it worked ok..suddendly wen i was making one call my balance was in deficit.....then again after some days my balance got deducted that is yesterday...wen i called customer care they said that ur sms pack was auto renewed 2 times first for 5 days n then again for 15dayz...i was in shock that hwz that possible..in 1 month my sms pack got auto-renewed 2 times that too wen i had got rs.56 sms pack recharged...they r saying e-top up has not reached them jabki confirmation msg came 2 my mobile that u hv been recharged with rs.56 sms pack. i m so disappointed..they r not listening to me n saying ur vendor has made some mistake....plz help me..they r saying auto-renewal is their rule that i knw very well..but wen i got rs.56 sms pack recharged n confirmation also came then how can they auto renew sms pack 2 times n deduct balance from my account.
