    Default Complaint against DTDC Coufrier service Bangalore(corporate office), Jabalpur Office

    Hi Sir,

    I lost my courier(B67177362) worth of Rs. 4000 due to the negligency of DTDC Courier Service. I had booked my courier from IBM Manyata office on 01 Dec'10. They are not ready to give the compensation for this. I and my family suffered a lot because of them. They used very bad language for us.
    The status of my courier is given below:
    Sat, Dec 04, 2010 JABALPUR SUPER FRANCHISEE, JABALPUR SINGRAULI, JABALPUR Out for delivery via Manifest # 278657

    I want justice for this issue. they are not responding at all.

    Below is the received mail from them.




    Dear Sir/Madam,

    In continuation to our earlier mail ,

    We regret to inform you that the said c/n is not tracable as confirmed by our Jabalpur office.

    We regret for all the inconveniences caused to you.

    Default Complaint against Relaince GSM Services

    Hi Sir/Madam,

    My number is 7676875480,from last 1 months every other day my balance got deducted without my permission from reliance.Even i complaint this to their customer care executive,but i didn't get any positive response from there side.Today only i complaint and they didn't gave me any information.They are activating services from their side and download wallpapers without my permission from my no,and as a result my balance got deducted.Yesterday only I have a call from +912230388366 from reliance and they ensure me that this will never happen again and today morning again I lost my 19 rupees and again they are saying that i have used R-World,but i haven't make any use of it.I am fed up of all this .

    Take some strict action against my complaint.

    Default Delay no resposnse

    Service of the courier is very bad.
    We have to call them theydiver to the franchise no answer.
    Customer service is obsolutely useless and bad service.
    Courier send from mumbai m67637139
    on 15th oct, till now not yet delivered. No proper answer.
    Wedont know whom to contact and lodge a complanint.

    Take steps immly please

    RESPECTED SIR
    II would like to bring your attention of lethargic functioning of your organization . You may be delivering good,but for me it is bad. We booked two consignments of 21 kg and 10 kg under your booking no D 06583638 and D 06583639 from Delhi ,Ghaziabad to Bangalore on 8 oct 11.
    To our surprise the first mail was delivered on 14 oct and the second one was not delivered till now.(1700 HOURS 21 OCT 11)
    When I tried to contact your customer care centre, On 20 OCT the call was dropped many times after waiting considerable time and listening your recorded message ( you may be aware that customer has to pay each attempt)
    After lot of difficulty I got through at 1200h on 20 oct and your esteemed executive was not listening to my problem. I explained I got one and waiting for second then only he had the patience enough to note down. I was assured it would be delivered on 21 oct. No refence number was given cos you don’t have such a system.
    Even before getting your customer no I was contacted many offices I don’t know where they are located and don’t know their chain of command
    The numbers were
    Bangalore no 9343864387, 9632557629, 88673922460.
    For ur information, your receipt has conveniently omitted the tele no on the printed receipt . you may incorporate at the earliest.
    For tacking you gave a cell no on the recipt.9845324040, I tried your sms trackingsystem thrice on each day (19,20,21 oct 11)nothing happened since 19 oct 11.
    They said my door was locked that is why it was not delivered. If one packet was delverd, why not second one. If door was locked don’t you have no system to inform the receiver, then why are you insisting the tele no of receiver
    I again rang up customer are on 1700 on 21 oct and the system of answering the call was same like earlier(after dropping many times got through) He also promised it ill be delivered tomorrow. I think your tomorrow is like unending waves on a seashore.( I must have made minimum 20calls who will pay for me)

    I hop this letter reach will to the appropriate decision making authority to make remedial action and not to lose your customer base

    2nd comlaint . the Courier was not delivered at 1430 h 22oct .On 22 oct the customer contacted customer care center and the female executive attended the call as put me hold and was sorting out other customers, as there was sufficient no of executive was available to attend the call and told me that the sender has given the instruction to hold back the courier, i checked up with the sender and there was no such instruction . The customer care gave two more no 9880182235,9843864387. no postive response as received fm these no
    I don’t how your system tracks after customercare giving the tele if the customer has to track wasting money and time, I am afraid you may loose the customer.

    hop you will answer this letter or as a waste like your sms tracking
