I am Sandeep Pandey S/o R.C. Pandey. I have purchased Nokia X6-8GB Handset, IEMI No-3548550432773 on 12 December 2010 from Planet M, 1A, Prahald Market, D.B. Gupta Road, Karol Bagh, New Delhi-110005. After one week of purchasing, keypad lock button has not been working properly. Since then I have shown the handset 4 times to Nokia Care Center (Gole Market &Ashok vihar) but still my problem is not resolved. Now I am seeking to change my Nokia X6-8GB handset as the keypad lock problem is reoccurring again and again even after correction. If my requirement will not fulfilled within 10days I will be force to fire petition under Delhi Consumer Court. So you are requested to replace my Handset Nokia X6-8GB at the earliest (10days). thank u......
