I have lost my mobile Blackberry Model 8900,with the TATA DOCOMO SIM card, both purchased & installed at shop no: Chembur TVH, Shop no: 4,5, bhoj Mahal, Shivpuri colony, Sion Trombay Road, Chembur, Mumbai-400071 ( 100004934-BB8900-Javelin-GSM H/S PRD 17116158 - 01 No : Rs 21,099/-)
There are reasons for me to feel denied of the customer help & service;SIM no: 8976630576., IMEI no:355383037103349, PIN no:2116BFDE,
1. I lost the set with SIM card on 23/09/2010 at 1830 hrs near Mansarover cross road. I tried to contact the customer care to block the SIM card, but was of no avail, till I personally went to the shop from where purchased at 1400 hrs on 24/09/2010, when it was blocked.Till then the Mobile was being used.
2. I am also informed that the SIM card belonging to me No: 8976630576, pre paid Tata docomo, is being used by one Mrs. Nargis Fathima since then. How is it that though my SIM is blocked she is still using that nos. This means all my important calls, messages must be going to her. I have already informed that I am working with B.A.R.C, Heavy water Board, Mumbai 400094 and hence my calls & messages received should be protected.
3. I had loaded my cell with an amount of Rs 900/- for regular usage. Now that convertability of mobile nos is allowed, I want the duplicate SIM and my balance amount loaded or refunded.Of late I have come to know that the amount has reduced to Rs 332/- how can the amount reduce even when the SIM is lost.
4. If blackberry cannot take the responsibility of getting the mobile traced even with the IMEI number, then such mobile service providers donot have right to provide services within the country.
I await definite answers for the above and I am firm to take up these issues at the highest level if required.
I have a great admiration for TATA and their services, but this is unlike TATA services.
