Problem in handset
MY PHONE HAS PROBLEM IN NETWORK (EMERGENCY CALL) not providing proper network
I had given the phone to authorised service centre of MAXX Mobile at
Alphabetics Business Machines Pvt. Ltd
Ground Floor, Kamal Apartment, Opp.

I have bought MAXX Mobile MQ 340 in May 2010,
after 5 months facing problem in network,
i had submitted to authorised service centre to authorised service centre,
regarding that so many times i had called with customer care
As per customer care my phone need to be replace PCB.

on 1st jan 2010 my handset returned back from mumbai to nashik service center as it is,
without repairing,
again i had called customer care, they called back handset to mumbai from nashik service center and commit me to handset will be return back to me within 8 days,
But still my query doesnt get solved whenever i calling to customer care they just escaliting my complaint and keep me on hold,
i had spent thousands of rupees to calling customer care no is (022/40734429)
since 27 oct 2010 still waiting for handset,

MAXX MOBILE COMPANY AND ITS PRODUCTS ARE VERY THRID CLASS
AND THEY NEVER CARE CUSTOMERS

i am confused and dont know what i have to do now
