This is with regards to the above mentioned subject, I would like to bring to your notice that we have bought the above mentioned model no. FA55 washing machine with set serial no. 760209270114500401 on 7 August 2009 from the dealer named “Shree Ambica Radio Center, Nadiad, Gujarat” in the name of Prakashchandra R Shah (Bill no. 363).

Since the purchase date we have launched no. of complaints for non-functioning of the washing machine due to minor as well as major reasons, following are the details for the same:

In response to the above mentioned complaints Videocon service representatives have visited us and tried to solve the problem but everytime not only problem was persisted but also increased.
