i purchased a verna diesel from kosmo hyundia about 8 months ago.. and i had a battery problem....
so i went to exide service station to get my battery replaced....but they didnt replaced it for the reason that it was not under warranty period.....exide batteries come with 2 yrs of warranty...they said that the battery was of the year 2008 with no. 2F8 ...but i purchased the car in 2010 with month and year of manufacture 02/2010 (as mentioned on RC)

when i went to kosmo hyundai....i didnt even cared about hearing this matter first...and then they asked us for the letter from exide and other documents of the car...i have been there 4 or 5 times now but they are doing nothing to get our problem solved..everytime we call they say us to call later or at other no.

kindly address our complaint......
