Sub:Relating to the Loss of parcel by DTDC courier service.


Sir/Madam

I am Sandeep Lohia from Bangalore residing at DVG Road Net kalappa circle. I couriered a parcel containing medicine ointment to Gulabbagh Purnia Bihar through DTDC courier service Chandra Layout on 27/12/2010.And, it was told that it would take 3 days for the parcel to reach the given destination.
But, it has been 25 days as of today and there is no clue on it.I have been to the DTDC office Chandra layout time and again and they just have an answer that it has reached to purnia. And, when my brother went to the DTDC office Purnia, they are not able to find out the parcel.
Moreover, i was a given a number of manager called Thyaharaj(9341137373) and he also did not pick up the call after knowing the details on it. Everytime i used to call him, he either cut the call or ignore it. I felt so harassed and i sent him message too, but no reply.
I am really frustrated and even irritated on their behaviour as how they treated their customer who used their service.DTDC guarantee for 3 days and even after 25 days they are not able to parcel it. And moreover, it was medicine ointment in the parcel which was not available in Gulabbagh Purnia Bihar and it was very urgent.
I am really shocked at the service DTDC provided me.Actually its ineffable.
I request u kindly to look into the matter and help me on it. Please do something on it.I am eagerly waiting for your reply.
