i am hari om sharma, my mobile no. is 9680449591, i have airtel. i called at costmer care(21/01/2011) to know about scheme of 1 paise per second. i asked just this scheme only. but sometime later i found, a hellotune is activated on my no.! then i called again i complaind about this unwanted service to costmercare. they told me, it was our fault, you not be charged to this service, it will be deactivated right now. after sometime i hav been charged about 45 ruppes and hellotune was deactivated also. i called again but there was no respone of my call and i was charging by calling without talkin to costmercare. afterall i talked to someone on costmercare, they told me, your money will b never refund. what is the hell airtel respected sir, its not at first time, i charged about a job alert service for 3 months and it was unwanted also. i think airtel is going to DIWALIA. i want my money refund otherwise i will go to the court. i can ready for spend more money for cheater airtel.
