    REVETMENT OF PAYMENT IN RESPECT OF RELIANCE MOBILE NO 9341187388 AND ACCOUNT NO 500000700237


    1. I would like to bring the fact in notice of the Honourable Court that i had never activated my
    account no 500000700237 of Reliance Mobile no 9341187388 which is to be done at the users end to avail facilities of Reliance net connection. The same had been brought up by me to your executive at Reliance Web World, J.P Nagar, 2nd Phase, Banglore when I received first email regarding payment of my dues. However after checking, the confirmation for reverting the dues was given to me by your executive at the above mentioned facility. Same sequence of action was initiated by me after receiving all above mentioned mails and had been given assurance by Reliance Web World Executives at J.P Nagar, 2nd Phase for reversion of payment.

    2. Because of careless attitude of Reliance Web World Executives my net connection was not terminated probably at right time, even after apprising them with right status by me frequently. I received a summoned to remain present on 29th Jan 11 for hearing of petition instituted by Mr. Yuvraj N, No. 12/2 'Subramanya Arcade' , Tower 'B' 2nd Floor Bannerghatta Road Bangalore-560029 for recovery of Rs 1758 against my Account no 500000700237 and Reliance Mobile no 9341187388 (PLA PETITION NO. 2419 OF 2011) . I want to declare this to the Honourable court that I have never been using the said net connection and the bill associated with connection is not because of my usage.

    3. The Honourable Court is requested to provide me guidance on the subject matter in details and instruct the concerned company to look into the matter fairly so as I will be able to revert the payment of Rs 1758 against my Account no 500000700237 and Reliance Mobile no 9341187388 which I never had been using.

    Dear sirs,

    Refer to my complain against RIM GSM regarding the disconnection of my Mobile number # 9590719832, I disconnected the service July 13th , 2011 by surrendering the RIM office, as they failed in their commitment of providing addon connection to this number. In spite of my regular mail communication and complains, they are still harassing me and sent a PLA Petition # 14848 of 2011. I want to bring to this forum;d notice on our side argument regarding this. I believe this forum would take necessary action and also waive the demand of

    Outstanding Amount Rs 650.96

    For your interest, still I am using other 2 reliance numbers. I append the correspondence I had with reliance team for your team.

    Sorry , I am vert clear that I had terminated on 13June at your BSK 3rd Stage, B'lore web world. Infact I conveyed the main reason is that when I subscribed they told it is addon connection
    but it is not so when they issued the sim. So I terminated connection. I will not pay a single penny for the connection, which I have terminated.

    Thumbs down Reference to complaint NO- DOTEL/E/20​11/15547

    This is regarding the Poor Network Connection from reliance and WRONG Billing from reliance which I received this month...
    Here are series of Blunders done by reliance which Appealeate Team was not able to address:

    - Over Last three months since I bought this connection. I did not received the signals at home. I had complaint so many times to reliance customers care (In the months of Sep/Oct, I have more than 10 complaints done to Reliance ...I have all these proofs). However with minimal usage as Testing, I paid the September Bill.

    - In Oct I was fed up as no Reliance Connect Engineer Visited me...So I gave a termination request on 6th Nov.

    - In November 2nd week, Retention Team call me and apologised to me, they told me that problem will be rectified and October bill will be waived off...

    - ON Nov 14th/15th an engineer visited, and confirmed the poor signals...He gave the reports as well..as he copied me on the same emails which he had sent to his Team. The report clearly showed ZERO NETWORK.

    - On 18th November ; My network was corrected by the engineer, (now I was having 3 bars...which was much better than having nothing)...and for 3 days 18th to 20th I used the reliance Network.

    - on 21st November my Reliance was disconnected...making sure that I use reliance network not more than 3 days...

    - I spoke to Reliance Appealeate Authority when they called me and I told them everthing. They gave me a solutions which we could think to agree..and then My Reliance Network was activated in 1st Week of December...

    - but then again WRONG BILLING FROM RELIANCE....MY PLAN WAS CHANGED FROM UNLIMITED TO PAY PER USE...WITHOUT INFORMING ME OR TAKING MY PERMISSION....WHEREAS I HAVE TAKEN A 200/- RS DISCUOUNT UNLIMITED PLAN.

    - I HAVE TOLD THE RELIANCE APPEALEASTE AUTHORITY AND ALSO CALLED UP CUSTOMER CARE RELIANCE TO STOP HARRASSING CUSTOMER....IN SHORT RELIANCE HAS BEEN CHEATING...

    I do not want such services from you, and suffering a lot of Loss due to Absence of
    Every day I have to spend 300/- rs of Fuel and Parking because I am not able to work at home.

    PLEASE LET ME KNOW WITHIN 2-3 DAYS...ELSE I WILL HAVE TO APPLY A NEW AIRTEL CONNECTION SOON WITH NO OPTION LEFT FROM RELIANCE...

    MY DEMANDS IS :
    - I WILL NOT PAY FOR THE PLAN WHICH IS CHANGED WITHOUT MY PERMISSION..I WILL LIKE TO STICK TO 5gb UNLIMITED PLAN; AND BE BILLED BY

    - I WANT REIMBURSEMENT OF MY SEPTEMBER BILLING, AND WAIVER OF OCTOBER BECAUSE I HAVE HARDLY USED THE SAME...
    ONLY CUTOMER CARE RELIANCE TOLD ME TO TEST THIS AT OTHER LOCATIONS...AND LET THEM KNOW...SO THE USEGE IS DUE TO TESTING.

    - I WILL ONLY PAY FOR 3 DAYS IN NOVEMBER BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT I HAVE USED...

    - SINCE MY NETWORK WAS POOR AND MY COMPLAINTS WERE RAISED WITHIN FIRST 3 MONTHS, I WILL WAT REIMBURSEMENT OF MY DONGLE COST....TAKE BACK YOUR DONGLE IT DOES NOT WORK...AND PAY BACK MY MONEY...


    I WILL HAVE TO RAISE A LEAGAL DISPUTE WITH RELIANCE WHICH WE CAN TACKLE IN COURT.....

    Default Modem de activated without intimation

    Dear Sir,

    I introduce my self as L Ramesh bought reliance net connect through their salem sales office directly through Mr Devaraj , who's contact no is 9344012346 and my net connect no is 9382696783

    I bought this modem on a three month rental free scheme, I bought this in fag end of Nov 2011. Now this modem under rent free period and there is no bill served to me till date. But I suddenly found that the modem is deactivated without any intimation. When I tried to contact Mr Devaraj He is not available on phone.

    I want to sue reliance company for their irresponsible behaviour and the treatment meted out to loyal customers.
