purchased on 20/01/2010. My complaint letters sent on 06/08/10,11/08/10 and
18/08/10 citing the problems faced.
Right from the date of delivery I am just facing only problems with the vehicle,
not even a smooth riding was possible to me. In the span of 8 months, I have
given the vehicle for service for at least five-six times but the problems are
retained as they are.

Every time they returned the vehicle, no problems were set right. No staff
member there has any responsibility and they use ruthless words towards
customers. They even dare to ask customers to approach consumer court.
On 19.08.10 they collected the vehicle from me by towing it as it was not
running any more and till date nothing has happened and the vehicle is just kept
idle with them without repairing.

On 19.10.10 I issued a legal notice to them to which also they did not respond
in a proper way.

There is no response from their customer care regarding the status of vehicle.
Hence I request your good selves to intervene in the matter to get the
replacement for the defective vehicle.
