I had recharged my prepaid Airtel no. 9560846650 on 19th Jan 2010 through ICICI Bank net banking for Rs.100/- and after sometime I got an sms that it has been successfully recharged with the amount of Rs.88/-. However when I checked my balance I found to my surprise that till today the amount has not been topped up in my mobile. I called the customer care several times today and I was put on hold for so long and no one came on the line to attend my complaint. Is this a new way to earn a few bucks from loyal customers as we have to pay Rs.0.50 for every 3 min if we want to talk to the customer care ppl. I had to pay Rs.1.00 today for being put on hold for 6 mins without even talking to anyone.

Is there any other way to talk to the customer care ppl and find out where is my money gone and why my no has not been recharged as yet even though the money has been deducted from my bank.

Can anyone please help me?
