dear sir,
i had bought sony LCD TV from thailand . due to lightening it got destroyed and is not working.i had given it to sony service center for repairing in jamshedpur, india, since last three months. JOB NO-JSR24367
LOG NO-JS22603 . after making several requests and also paid advance of rs3000 its not been done. i would like to file case against sony india for such harassment that they creating to me.
kindly take necessary action as soon as possible
