I would like to bring your kind attention to another scam which is going on. The BAG IT TODAY a sister concern of India today group ( of AAJ TAK GROUP ) is robbing people. Herre is my case ....

I got a call from BAG IT TODAY of LIVING INDIA MEDIA GROUP ( OF AAJ TAK FAME ) on Dec 24,2010 of a offer that i am a winner of a draw and they asked me to buy a product in order to
get my CASH OR DIAMONDS worth of RS 30000.

I was given two options of buying Kodak camera or LCD TV. I brought a Kodak camera of worth RS 9149. On debit of my account i was told by caller that now my prize money has been increased and now i will get Rs 55000 more either in cash or diamonds in addition to Rs 30000 ( TOTAL Rs 85,000) since i was lucky one but i have to make one more purchase of Rs 23300 and buy SONY ERICSSON ASPEN mobile. I enquired from caller umpteen times ARE YOU SURE I WILL GET THIS MUCH and he confirmed me yes since i was lucky out of whole of India that only two to three get this offer . I had no choice to believe him since AAJ TAK OR INDIA TODAY is such a REPUTED GROUP and i thought that they will not be cheating . So i made another purchase and my credit account was debited .

After some time I got a call again from another executive from BAGITTODAY saying that my products are ready for dispatch and I need to pay RS. 23k change to generate some id and the person delivering me the products will need this id for verification and in return I will get a XBOX worth RS 45K. I told him that I was not informed of this earlier and I want to cancel all my transactions. He said that I can’t do anything until I pay this amount because this entire is a package and until all the criteria’s are satisfied and I can’t cancel it. He also told me that I can convert my diamonds to vouchers from various jewelry shops. I had no option rather than paying him the amount and I was also assured that this is my last payment and I don’t need to pay any more amount even for the delivery charges. I don’t have the limit so I had to make transactions from 2 cards and I got 2 id’s generated for it.

I went into total debts because of all these transactions and I had to go thru a lot of tensions after this.

Then after I got a on JAN 3rd 2011 again saying that I need to pay Rs 5k change to generate one more id. I told him as u have recorded my previous call were I was assured that no more amount needs to be paid and then speak to me and I am not ready to pay this amount. He disconnected the call even without a reply and in next 10 min I got a call again saying I need to make RS 1K change transaction. I told him the same thing and he disconnected the call again.

I am totally dissatisfied by this behavior and these cheats are trying to make me do some or the other transactions in every call. They make promises in every call that this is the final transaction and in every other call they say I am short of one more criteria.

I don’t want to buy any products from these cheats and I want my money back. Please look into this and take proper action. I am ready to come any length stop these kind of frauds.

I am left with no other option other than to contact you so that justice is done and i am sorry to say that such a reputed group is also involved in these kinds of frauds.

Later on 6th JAN I recieved package from Bag it today having a sony ericsson aspen mobile worth RS 10k change and some diamonds costing RS 10k against what i was promised.I was that the mobile is worth 23 K INR. I did not even receive the courier. I asked them to return it.

I dont need any products and i need my transactions to be cancelled. This is because of the wrong promises they made in every call. And the wrong products they tried to deliver.
