Tata indicom prepaid service is not good and no responce from customer care HI,
This is vijay residing at malad link road. I am using tata indicom prepaid. I have recharged with 599/- plan at December 17th 2010. Acording to that plan tata to tata unlimited (std+local) and i will get talk time 30 minutes every day for 30 days. But the plan was transferred to other offer after 26 days with out any intimations. Lot of times i have called to customer care and given lot of complaints. But no one is solved my problem and after that i have spent Rs:60/- for my calls. One more thing now i am not able to call to customer care also. It is not connecting from mobile. I think they can put my mobile number like that.so please give me some assistance and how can i get my offer back.

thers no incoming and outgoing calls hello sir,this is sathish from hyderabad..i had a major problem with the mine mobilee..can u plzz check the details and inform me the issuessss...mine contact no..9700008700.can u pls solve as soon as possible...iam eagerly waiting for ur response..One more thing now i am not able to call to customer care also. It is not connecting from mobile. I think they can put my mobile number like that.so please give me some assistance.
