Dear Sir ,

With ref. to my Credit Card No: 4477 4782 2490 9008 , I paid all the dues always on time still there was one payment reversed by ICICI credit card for which i followed with Bank Official rigoursly , but no one gave response on the same. Out of my suprise after few months suddenly recovery guyz came to my places and i showed them all the payment receipt , they agreed on the payment and told me to give receipt to them , i gave them the receipt. But after sometime some other recovery guy start thereting me for payment and started HOAX calls on my number , to avoid any voilence to me and my family i paid the entire amount as suggest by ICICI bank officials and took the Receipt and F&F letter.

Suprisingly after a month they again started asking for Rs. 6293/- though i have tored the card and gave it to Bank Officials and never used the same ever. I follwed up with Bank and send several mails to Bank officials and There MD Mrs. Kochhar but no response.

Bank gave false report in CIBIL on which i sent all the documents to CIBIL but no response.

Yesterday on 18th Jan 2011 they debited Rs. 6293/- from my Savings Account Number : 018401521066 .... though this Credit Card was never assciated with my Savings Account , there was no ECS asked ...still bank debited the amount without my concern and prior approval and information which is absolutely wrong .... How anyone can debit the money without any approval...Tomorrow they can do anything with my account as and when they want .

I requested them to reverse the same into my account asap but no response .

I request you to kindly register my complaim and process the Case against them and help me getting my money back.
