Dear sir
my name is ajay vijayendra kirasur .iam working in larsen and toubro .recently i got a call from hdfc bank for clearing the dues of my bounced cheques in the year 2009.sir my a/c was salary account a/c no 01751050069157.sir till date i have made all the payment of my two wheeler vehicle loan even i had been to swastik chamber for the payment of bounce cheques but i wasn't intimated regarding the bounce due payment.so is it fair to intimate me after one year.that too asking me to provide the cash not cheque and i was intimated that i will receive my noc after fifteen days .i got a call from mam shilpa and she doesn't know how to speak to customer.i asked for statement of my bounce dues, when i asked her for why i was intimated after year regarding the dues she replied it was your duty to check the dues , is it possible ? I do have a recent statement which shows zero closing balance then how i can confirm the same its really my good fortune that iam not dealing with this bank anymore .kindly suggest what i should do .
