We wanted to purchas one good RO+ UV system from M/s Unique Power System A-51 Budh Vihar, Phase-1 Kanjhawala Road, Opp. Laxmi Dairy Delhi 110086 email address uniquepower.solution@yahoo.com. Their engineer visited our house at A-601 Lakeview Apptt. Paschim vihar and tried to convince us that KANT water purifier is not suitable for this place and TDS level is very high in this area and tried to force us to purchase Aqua Fresh RO + UV system of some local company. He requested us to use this system on experimental basis and in-case of dissatisfaction, we will change the same. We were misguided that this company is sister concern of Eureka Forbes. While using this machine we came to know that this is not RO + UV but just a assembled RO system where as they have issued us receipt that system is RO+UV+TDS controller. When we pointed out and warned them to change the system as they have not given us what they have written in their cash memo. On objection, they became ready to take back the system and asked us to purchase another system from reputed company. Now M/s Unique Power Solution is not ready to take back this RO system and refund our money . We have to purchased one reputed Nakasa RO+UV system. Since this firm has not provided us the thing for which we have paid and tried to ditch the consumer, I hereby appeal to take action against M/s Unique Power Solutions and not only to arrange to refund our money but penalize them to ditch the consumers by giving false and wrong information and for not taking any action on our various telephonic call and requests for last 1 month.
