I am buy my moblie no 9829116027 in nov 1999 from a retail shop in jodhpur (rajasthan) that time my no in under severic provider (OSSIS) in rajasthan. when Airtel lunch there severic in rajasthan i think its severic is better but it my fult b'cos airtel only give falls commitment with there coustmer airtel call center officer and nodel officer only doing falls commitment. sir i am useing airtel moblie office severic last 5-6 year and in that severic i get too maney problem i say to your coustmer care center but they giveing only time and i never get back from your side i will pay for this severic every month timely sir in sep 2009 i get a problem with that severic and i put complaint your coustmer care center and your city office.when i go your city office in jaipur at ganpati plaza there your manegar she talk with me very rudely when i say my problem and not responce of my complaint and when i say i want talk with your nodel officer then she say me there him nos you call them i call him then call is going but he not pick my call and my call will charged with 1 rupess 2end i try then same thing is happend with me all that i say her then she try to my cell and she also find it and then she try with her cell then call will pick she give her cell then i say all about my problem then and i say her i m sending you a mail but you not reply me till yet then she say i not recived your mail i say i will resend you then she you will wait your problem will solved with seven days i say ok i will wait but i d't know which seven days she say me maybe seven day or seven year if it seven years then i m sorry i put my complaint

I am jonit with your company last 10 year old but i ask it to unhappyly till yet. i feel your company only make fool of the coustmer and your serivec is very very poor in my think your moto is how to make the fool of coustmer such it my big mistake so i buy your company producted your coustemer care officer are not sloved my problem they only give a time wait 48 hrh wait 24 hrh wait 72 hrh what is that after this time limit then call there they ask me your problem is sloved but problem is still as before no solved problem only makeing fool i give sussition to u pls if you are not give any good serivec then closed that bokus unit such your serivec is very very poor and i asking proudly other company is give the best serivec but your serivec is too poor.
Sir i am use your MO(mobile Office) serivec last 5year with out any disconation but your this serivec give me too much problem some time my net is going disconnted and i am re-login too many time. Sir last date 5-9-09 at 11.00pm my main account in my mobile balance(48/=) sadenly nil i am chaked it but its not connted again next morning i will again reachrged my phone and i conntted my net after few sec. my main balance is nill again then i talk your 121 serivec there is mr Kunal (9.15am) i ask my problem he ask me i will solved your problem and you again connted it but my problem as same as before i am again call your 121 serivec this time i will talk mr sam shud sing (3.15pm) but he is not give any proper reply then i again call your 121 this time i will talk mr kapil (4.00pm) he ask me i will send your complent your ref no is0905294142 and your problem solved with in 24 hrh and you will recived call from our side i am trust on his words but i will not recived any call from your side this time he is ask me worang after wait 36 hrh i will again call your 121 this time i talk with mr raskesh (9.25am) then he asking me sir our mo office serivec give problem so you not use that for few time and your total balance return soonest he give me ref. no 0908066738. my total balance is less in my main account Rs.48 but i will recived only 25 in my main account.Sir as same this way i am give you in before too much ammount and i recived only waiting time
Today i go in your office at ganpati plaza there is no any responceble person such i feel why i buy your company producted if i know after ossis your serivec going poor i will stop it that time but i will not do it now its your look what you ask me .

Dear sir,
My mobile no. is 9831630484. Last friday on 11.11.2011 at 6.08 P.M. I had received a message for Hello tune activation
and also deduction of Rs. 30/- for hello tune subscription & Rs. 15/- for song selection automatically. after that I had contacted the
customercare two times (my complain nos are i) CBDHT21111547127 & ii) CBDHT21111620284 but both the cases Airtel has not responded and did not take any action till now. This kind of automatic activation has happened several times before too. I have noticed that some amount is deducted everyday even though I don't make any call. The same thing is happening on my another No. 9903878951.
Kindly take the necessary action as soon as possible to reimburse my deducted amount and also to stop deduction everyday for both the nos.
