I took tikona 849 plan. which is 2MBPS speed up to 9 GB and after that 256 KBPS. i am getting 1.5 MBPS speed up to 9 GB usase after that speed is going down to 50 Kbps. i have raised million complaints regarding this and they did not care to resolve this. So struggled for two months and i have upgraded my plan to 1549. which is 2MBPS speed up to 18 GB and after that 512 KBPS. Now i am not even able to access the internet and total connection is dropped. i called customer care and they are simply saying back end team will contact you but no one is calling back. And there is no number to contact nodal officer or any other higher management. So finally i have asked them to close the account and they not even doing that they are keep sending me the bills. I don't know how to deal with these idiots.
