My name is Robin Gohil. In 2007, the company where I was working one person joined it and we became good friend in short term. During that period he took some loans on some reason and made me guarantor. But after working few months due to poor performance company ask him to put resignation. And he left the company. After that I came to know that he went out to unknown place. Out of reachable. He home is always shuts doors and window. Always locked and no one there. Many company recovery agents came to office that time but me and my other colleague don't know where he is.



My reason to come over here and ask for guidance is that I received one call from today. That fellow saying me that he is calling me from Himachal Police and I need to be at my address because they are going to release Non-Bailable Vorant against me. And if I wants to avoid it I should consult their company lawyer. That call came to me from mobile number. When I heard those words I got shocked and felt that my life is over. I consult my father and my good friends they ask me to visit company office and discuss all this matter. And when I visit over there that time I came to know that fellow had give my contact number to take loan from that.

In all this I am really very tensed and feeling bad why I did friendship with that fellow for which I am suffering from things like this. Kindly advise me that what should do to come out of this. As per my knowledge I am guarantor for his two personal loans. Please advise me on this as soon as possible.
