I made an online transaction from IRCTC using ICICI netbanking.
I was redirected to ICICI site using gateway.
The transaction at ICICI failed because ICICI was having some Problem in their website.
ERROR FROM ICICI - OOPS The page you were looking for is temporarily not available. This issue has been logged and we are working on it. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Because of ICICI my transaction was unsuccessful but still they debited from my account for using their gateway.
ICICI people are not reverting the charges.
If ICICI are having problem in their website that is not customer fault.
If ICICI site is down ICICI should not allow anybody to access gateway since all transactions will fail and customers would be charged unnecessary.

The charges are applicable irrespective of the transaction successful or unsuccessful.

I have purchased a wireless mouse from HOMESHOP18 online and paid it by net banking. A amount of Rs.1195 has reduced from my account but not reached to HOMESHOP18. so please solve my problem immidiately. my account no. is 025401523635.
Y is ICICI charging their customer for using Payment Gateway. I am not sure but other banks dont do this. I was using IDBI bank earlier and was never charged anything for using their Payment Gateway.
Everytime yoo do online shopping you have to pay Rs 11 extra.

Ya, the same happened to me too. It is very clear from your message that, Mr. Vinay Kumar of ICICI quotes that we ICICI people charge(Steal) money irrespective of the success of Transaction, and it is very clear that ICICI = Cheaters. so guys use State Bank of India Net Banking, safe and simple.

From past two days the net banking is not working properly and there is no direct way to complain about the netbanking issue to ICICI associate using the phone numbers provided in customer care service. Second I did the net banking yesterday through NEFT transfer and the money is not credited to the destination accounts but it debited from my ICICI account. Can anyone please let me know how can I track these. I am a customer ICICI bank from past 7 years and never expect such type of bad services. Also please let me know any phone number where I can directly talk with associate instead of going through IVRS, where complain for net banking option itself is not available.

I was booking a air ticket from GOIBIBO the site redirected me to ICICI banks site for paymemt , where after entering the amount , passwords and other details , webpage shown soem ERROR and and stated that TRANSACTION FAILED. But the amount was debited form my account. I approached to ICICI bank and they told me that my amount will credited in account within 7 workings days. After 7 working days when i did not get my money back and again called ICICI people, now they are saying that money has got strucked in gateway....and may take some 10 working days more.
Please help me with this ..what i should do now..I don t earn monet to invest it in Bank's faulty procedure. And what about the interest on that amount for such these dyas....

I have Saving and Current Account with ICICI... I made a online transaction where the Payment was through Payment Gateway, due to error in ICICI website my funds were debited but did not reach Merchant.. The Amount is 80244/- Its been 03 days Customer Care at ICICI are saying they will call back in 04 hrs but they dont call.. and I need to call and explain them the case again and again... they are not updating me where my funds are and they are just ignoring or giving answers like all after 24 hrs... Please look into the matter ....

I also faced same problem even I was not able to book ticket, but the gateway charges were debited. I think this is a way by which the bank is trying to make money. Today the Online banking page is not opening. I am able to view the home page but the login to savings bank. If we talk with customer care they say may be there is problem in network? but if there is a problem in network then How I am able to load the home page, even after clearing the cache and deleting temporary internet files. from now onwards it would be difficult to rely on ICICI in case of emergency
"Online banking page not opening" ---this happens with ICICI and not with SBI. If there is a problem with their server then why they can't display a suitable message as soon as we click on login button. The message "OOPS" is flashed after I have entered user name and password and click on submit which means un-handled errors in their software or deliberate mischief.
