This is height of cheating and blackmailing. Now I’m getting call from SC bank.

I had simply asked them to send me settlement details, mentioning principal, total interest and final settlement amount.
They have asked me to pay for principal amount only. But they are denying it to mention (principal amount) in settlement letter stating this against banks policy, and putting me in CIBIL defaulter list for the rest.

It has become sole business for SC bank, open a collection department assign them task to recover money. And instruct them if you do not find defaulters, START CREATING DEFULTERS.

There is no point in blind complaints .The complaints should be substainiated with approproaite standing of law.

A weak case by just accusing the accused doesnt help you achieve a final result in your case.
