Complaint Regarding your Blazeflash Courier Service Consignment No. 206968174
This is to bring in your notice that I contacted your Malviya Nagar Branch Blazeflash Mr Imran mobile No. 9999916992 Address E-12/19 Hauz Rani E Blk Malviya Nagar Delhi 110017 on 10th Jan 2011 to courier a packet to Old Rajinder Nagar New Delhi. Till date packet is not delivered to Old Rajinder Nagar. When I called to there office to know the status on 12th Jan they said that it will be delivered by tomorrow, but it didnt happen.
Today when I called them again they said that your packet is misplaced from our office and we are trying to trace it.
Its been a week I was following up with them but all in vain. Now they are saying that your packet is untraceable
Request you to please that necessary action againts Blazeflash courier agency.

Courier Not Delivered under Shipment No.291132997 Res Sir
I send a Courier vide shipment No.291132997 on dt 29.11.2011 from Mandi Dabwali, but till now it has not been delivered.
kindly give the reasons that why it is not delivered .
