I'm Srinivas and my brother (Ravi) and each bought 200sq.yrds plot (Boduppal, hyderabad) with construction of an indepent house from Maruthi Builders (Represented by A. Raja Gopal Naidu) in Sep - 2006. After we have made all the payments, and while some of the works were pending, We performed warming ceremony in Feb-2008, and in March-2008, Maruthi Builders had encroached the Eastern Road of our Plots, and started doing illegal construction, and NO action taken by EO of Boduppal Grama Panchayat, and when we had verified our permission plans with EO for renewal purpose, we annoyed to know that we both were duped by the A. Raja Gopal Naidu of Maruthi Builders, infact many other customers.

We have been seeking for justice towards above issue, and want to punish the Builder for making false commitments by showing forged permission plans. Buider also made rectification deads (Changed the Road Width from 30feet - 18Feet, and Even Changed My Name) without our consent and authorization. Since we raised concern about the frauds committed by Builder, so they abonded the works, and our houses are getting damaged.

Criminal Case was filed and in progress in III MM District Court in RangaReddy.

Myself and Mybrother loosing about 1.8 lakh each per Annum due to Loss in Rent and also NO Income Tax Benefits as posession not taken.

Through this Hon'ble Consumer Court, we are seeking a justice of getting our house construction regulerized, by and complete and pending works and handover our houses by Builder (A. Raja Gopal Naidu)
