I ordered an Kenstar Air cooler on 12th May 2009 via their tele-shopping facility. So no bills. I have however the payment details in my credit card statement.
They promised to deliver the Air cooler within 8-10 working days but its been more than 21days now and still no sign of it.
I have made almost a hundred calls to their customer care and those stupid executives have just one answer - It'll be delivered soon. They refuse to give me any details or contact number of the courier. They just say Kenstar will deliver it through their dealer at the delivery address.
I'm reallly fed up and want to seek legal help regarding the same. Anyways who'll need an Air cooler once the summer s over.
Anyone here who can guide me on how to proceed ?
