Hey people look what happened they contacted me again for solution but again did nothing about it
and stopped replying when they came to know my case is genuine .

This is pathetic.

i had made a booking of 4 star hotel package my booking ID INW1011B00102
but i asked the hotel and they have confirmed it is a 3 star hotel.

I have paid Rs 25500 and had a voucher of Rs 3500 discount so made a complete payment
of Rs 29000 for 3 days and 4 nights kerla package. My booking was done by Gopal.Sharma@makemytrip.com
and i asked him the same 4 star hotel package dupe that u have done 10 days back but no reply yet.

Erliar also i was duped by your marketing team and i logged a case against them that had a reference

I mailed gopal saying :" Hi gopal i have made a booking of 4 star hotel package but i asked
the hotel and they have confirmed it is a 3 star hotel so why u
charged me for 4 star and gave me 3 star hotel bookin plz reply me
soon " no reply from him and last reply
