3 years back,my uncle has taken a unit linked product in bajaj allianz life insurance company.as per the product details given by the agent
1.its a single time premium payment.
2.the policy holder can expect areturn of more than 25% per annum.
3.he can withdraw the amount without any penalty after completion of three years.

But when my uncle visited the office with his bond paper after completion of three years,he came to know that what are all the information provided by agent is wrong.
After that he went to the concerned agent,n said all the things happened with him.the concerned agent replied,all the conditions stated to you is intimated to me through training by my concerned sales manager & the branch manager of the company.

If my uncle have to file case against the compny than aginst whom he has to file the case,whether against the concerned
1.sales manager
2.or branch manger
3.or against company.

Other information i want to provide which are as follows.
1.my uncle is an uneducated,he thouhght it as an investment for a short term period.
2.and the agent whi sold the policy is no more an agent of the company,he is doing higher studies in pune.
