Summary of the Problem
I had purchased this TATA INDIGO DICOR car on 23rd OCT 2008 From Pratham motors Pune, Ironically Parham motor is no more associated with Tata Motors. At the time of purchase I paid extra 5 to 6 K for extended warranty as well.
Initial stage vehicle was giving good performance, after 50,000 kms irrespective of anything vehicle was started giving problems,
1. Gear Box Work – Problem with the gear shifting
2. Suspension work
3. Clutch Work
4. Pickup Problem etc…..
In recent all I did a proper service and repair work in Balaji garage some problem with the pickup and spent almost RS 14000 on it. Only after 3 days of this repair, I was on tour with my family and my car got break down and I suffered a lot because of the you low quality product.
I have done this complaint in TATA Customer care on Dec 2nd and got response from TATA MOTORS that there is a problem in Fuel injector need to replace it, Tata motors engineers given this solution after a week or so and given me expected expenditure of RS 40 To 45 Thousand Rupees. I said fine I am ok to bear this cost and told Balaji to repair my vehicle and given advance amount of Rs. 20,000 to make this work ASAP.
Balaji & Tata motors have committed me that we will deliver your vehicle within 10-12 Days. I was fine with that. Ironically after lots of follow-ups they delayed my work and took almost 1 month to repair my vehicle.
Now the Biggest twist in the story when I came to know that the Final bill amount is Rs. 82,625. At the start of work I have being given estimate of RS 40,000 to 45,000. Suddenly I got shocked after seeing this amount which was not conveyed to me earlier. Please find the attached invoice after repair for your referance.
Boss this is hard earn money and we cannot spoil this way on your bad quality products and poor after sales support. I have been suffered a lot due to this mentally and financially both the ways.
I am putting a case against TATA Motors for providing me defective vehicle and charging me extra for repairing the vehicle. I am not in the condition to pay 82,625 Rs, you people have wasted my time money and I got loss in my business as well.
I will be forwarding this mail to honorable consumer court to get justice; I will use print and electronic media also to tell each and every one to be careful before buying anything from your Brand.
