    Default Complaints Regarding Kotak LIFE INSURANCE Policy number-Policy No: 00544859

    Iam writing this mail with all kind of frustration and pain. Its as if I have done a blunder by taking a policy form you, which yours agent sold to me by giving all kind of false promise. I am again writing the mentioning course of incident happening and if you don't respond I will take the case with Insurance Ombudsman.

    1- I am Shaik Afroz kalapahad have been pursuded by one of your agent named Devender singh on NFC Branch, new Delhi, brought a policy which is -Policy No: 00544859, with monthly premium of Rest 2510. The agent took all the documents and cheque from my house. I recived the document but with the wrong spelling of my name. So as a first point of contact I connected the same agent, who collected the policy documents from me and told me he has sent the same to head office Mumbai and I will be receiving the same soon.

    2- The Policy document never arrived, I waited few days but the agent kept on me waiting, In mean time I gave call to yours customer care and the branch which is in KG marg, new Delhi. I have couple of mails, n corresponding regarding that. In few days time I received a documents which's stated my name has been corrected but the policy documents never arrived.

    3- In mean time every month I kept on paying the monthly premium for almost 2 years. and asking for the original policy documents,I have visited yours office and asked for the same, I can remember 2, 3 relationship officers anima prakash ,Lalit pandy who gave me assurance that I will get back he same.

    4- In mean time the agents stopped taking my call and one fine day he told me he joined yes bank and kotak company is like this, now u need to suffer.

    5- In mean time I visited the same KG marg office, new delhi and due to the bad behavior and the attitude of not solving the problem, I stopped the premium and asked please solve the matter and then I will start paying the amount.Same Time I went to USA for office work and lst Feb I returned and again visited yours KG office.I wanted to pay all the premium and clear the dues, but the lady who sits in account refused to accept the money saying I need to bring some court paper before I can pay the amount, which made me feel pissed off.
    she never told me policy going to lapse.

    In few days I returned to USA and came back few days before. Now I wanted to know the status of policy and wanted to pay the premium, so gave call to your call center, which says I cant renew the policy.

    Please let me know what you would have done if you would have been in my place. I have paid around Rs50000 and I want to continue the policy also.

    I am attaching some documents which I have written to you but never got any solution
    5-though you having my email id as you have sent me once premium certificate, but you never gave me corresponding stating that yours policy going to lapse. these are very frustrating as per customer.

    And I have couple of other documents which showing the attitude of yours work style. I need to René new the policy and please help in that, I am ready to pay all the money which I need to pay with fine if you charge any extra amount as fine, but don't close the policy. and if you are not solving the problem I will be taking some other actions of going to some higher authority.I too work for a American insurance giant, but we know how to make our costumer happy.

    Please reply yours course of action to my complain.

    Default kotak life insurence

    dear conserned department,
    my name is kundan lal my policy no is 01754771 day before yesterday i have recd a call from your KLI ambadeep building KG marg Mr. ARJUN promised me my smart advantage plan to change in new saving plan but after two days he had not called me up about my process of policy he was saying all my deposit money transffered in saving .
    you will have to deposit new policy amont instead of older one but today 20/04/11 i called up of landline no is
    66275000 someone told me the name of arjun is not here
    if my plan can change into saving plan please do the need ful
