    Default Broadband Fraud by Airtel

    Dear Sir

    I have go tthe new airtel connection in Nov-10, in this 2 months time i have called up airtel customer care more then 15 time due to your poor service, IS THIS WHAT WE ARE PAYING , there are plenty of issue which i have face during this period,

    First Issue IPTV Gives the lot of waiting for the Signal Issue, called up the customer care but nothing happened , i am still facing the same problem

    Second Issue According to my Plan 1299 IPTV plan, I have 1 mbps speed up to 15 GB then 256 kbps, the day i have activated my plan i never got 1 mbps speed, it was stuck to 100-250 kbps, if thats the case why you guys charging for me according to 1299 plan , I have called customer care again (i believe more 5 time in 2 days,) everyone says i have exceeded my limit, but my question is how can i use 15 GB in a 1 day time (this is a commonsense ) ,

    The best part of this is, I had a talk with a Lady by Name Princy Jain, she does not know how to deal with the customer, she just hang up the call IS THIS CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE
    There are so many CSR guys confirmed me that is system issue & they are going to escalated this with their supervisor, & yesterday I had got the call back 3 times from airtel, the ask me to restart my model as they have resolved this issue
    Till now nothing has been done by Airtel
    I thing this is how airtel works, Now if guys can’t fix this issue, Kindly walk me to the cancellation process
