Hi,

I am shahid ali hashmi, I stay at Wakdewadi, Shivaji Nagar, Pune. I am using Airtel GSM number 9970366198 for more than a year now. I am facing the poor network coverage issue from the beginning. Now the condition got worst (whenever I step in home my number goes out of coverage) and I want to change the service provider.
I would like to port my number to Idea cellular, but I am trying from last one and half month to get the porting done. But each time I generate Unique Porting Id the Airtel customer care guys call me and ask me to lodge a complaint about Poor Coverage problem, even after lodging complaint they don’t take any action at all. Also they activate Miss Call Alert service on my number each time for FREE but later on I came to know according to their terms if any service is active on the connection they porting cannot be done....!!! THIS IS FOOLING; I AM LITRALLY FRUSTRATED DUE TO THIS. I MISS SO IMPORTANT CALLS FROM FAMILY, COMPANIES, OTHER VERY IMPORTANT ALERTS RELATED TO MONEY, BUSINESS ETC.

Please help me in this regard.
