Dear Sir, Dt. 15.01.11

Sub :- Regarding return of Product - Aqua Guard Total Neo.

I have been badly suffering from the wrong commitments made by Sales Person – of Eureka Forbes ( Mr. Mahmood Ali – Customer Sales Specialist Code - 9048524).

The Above mentioned product was sold and installed on 9.01.11 on the commitment that if we are not satisfied with the product then the company(Eureka Forbes) will refund the entire amount without any difficulties. Since 11.01.11 I have been calling them and they are not responding properly and today ie. 7 day from the date of purchase / installation (15.01.11) they talk to me and bluntly refuse to make any refund and said that it is not our company’s policy to refund which Mr.Mahmood Ali – CSS Eureka forbes has committed.

I even tried to lodged a complaint regarding false commitment and mis representation from the sales person of eureka forbes, to the senior authorities Mr. Taneja – Mo. No. 9636658852 and Mr. Suresh Tyagi – Mo. No. 9636658914 , they clearly refused any such policy. Whereas, it is already mentioned at their own website as refund policy, that they will refund the money if the customer is not satisfied with the product sold.

Kindly help us in this matter as I am totally unsatisfied with their product and I have already paid them a cash of 7990/=. I want to get my money back as early as possible. Please Help !!
