Dear Consumer Support,

I am suffering a lot and forced to pay a huge amount behind commuting anywhere every day due to unprofessionalism behaviour of Bajaj Auto & AS Motors of Vadodara.

I had met with an accident on 18th November 2010 in which my bike got completely (GJ 6 CQ 808) damaged, since then I am waiting for my bike to get repaired. The bike “chechise” have to be replaced, I was told to wait for another 15 days after clearance from insurance company however time is reaching close to two months there is no response even after writing several emails to Bajaj Customer Support and continuous follow-up with AS Motors team.

Although more than one and half month has passed from the day approval came from insurance company, they are still not updating me with the correct status. I have been travelling by auto and facing lot of troubles in daily commutation. I would have got my bike repaired somewhere else but it is the Bajaj trust that I am still waiting.

Hence, I am requesting the Consumer Forum to support and guide me with the legal action to teach them a lesson for harassing a customer and also letting people know about the unprofessional treatment done by such a big brand and choosing the product keeping their further consequences.
