I would like to bring to your notice my grievance. I am Kapil Loona. I belong to Sri Ganga Nagar, Rajasthan (HQ Jaipur). I am currently employed with Mahindra Satyam in Hyderabad.

I had applied for my passport in April 2008 under Tatkal Scheme. I had my pre-verification done by local Police. After which I duly received my passport in the stipulated period.

Then I got a job in Hyderabad due to which I was not available for Post verification, so I got a notification to surrender the passport to the Passport Office and was charged a penalty.

After that a further verification was done by Hyderabad Police more than 1 year back, for which I got the acknowledgement last month and I presented the same to RPO Jaipur.

They told that we will not release the passport unless they receive the actual verification report, which Hyderabad police is claiming they have already dispatched on 28 Aug 2009 (branch no.JCA165620/2008) and will not resend.

And till date I have no update where when will I get it.

Request your support in getting my passport released from them as soon as possible as I may require to travel abroad shortly on an official visit.
